Meditation4all is a space to create awareness and for guidance into meditational practices. As the name suggests it is open to all regardless of race, background, age, or beliefs. These meditation classes are currently taking place in Leicester, UK.
The intentions of ours is to assist people in learning the science of meditation in a simple way which can be integrated into our daily life. Meditation is nothing but discovering the depths of who you are! 🙂

SOUND BATH MEDITATION
Awareness of breathing is the main meditational practice which participants will be guided into at the sessions.The meditation technique used consists of focusing our attention on our natural breath and being aware of our breath. This meditation technique helps to bring self-awareness, in a natural way. There will also be guided meditations into other techniques and into self inquiry.
Experienced meditation practitioners may start their practice with or without instructions. These sessions will also allow meditators to practice their own meditation techniques or to intuitively be, along as it doesn’t disturb others. The energy created through group meditation can accelerate ones inner transformation. The intention is to create a supportive space for insight and transformation of oneself, through the use of meditational Practices.
These classes will begin with the use of crystal singing bowls and then lead onto guided instructions for awareness of breathing meditation. Instructions will be given in each session, so beginners are not left out. These classes will run roughly for one hour and include 30-40 minutes of meditation practice and a short period of time for any questions. The meditation will be done sitting on chairs or you may bring your own mat and cushions if you would like to sit on the floor. Wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing.
I wish to make these sessions open to all and let them be experiential in nature. It doesn’t matter what your religion, race, age or proficiency in meditation is. .
